WARNING: DO NOT buy residential walk doors separately, unless you know for sure everything that is involved. If you buy a door locally, it will cost approximately $250.00 to $300.00, plus you will still need to build a framed opening ($75.00 to $100.00 additional). Then you will need to seal it into the high rib sheeting correctly (to prevent leaks). Lastly, you will need to purchase the necessary walk door hardware.
