Insulation (Series 2250)
Insulation consists of two layers of aluminized polyester film laminated to the outside of two layers of heavy-duty polyethylene air-bubble cushioning. The material is extremely effective at controlling heat gain/loss and provides an R-value of 7. The top draft stop is made of vinyl and is supplied in order to form a weather seal between the door and header. A flexible vinyl side draft stop is attached to the inside of the guides and seals against the insulation creating a superior seal to guard against the elements.
